This site is operated by Kai Melton, REALTOR®, a licensed Minnesota real estate salesperson with Real Estate Services of Duluth, 1018 E 4th St, Duluth, MN 55805. This policy explains what information the site collects and how it is used.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, property address and details, and any message. We do not collect payment information. Our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, such as preparing a comparative market analysis, scheduling a showing, or following up about buying, selling, or investing. We do not sell your information.

Calls and text messages

We call or text you only if you check the consent box on a form, and consent is never a condition of buying or selling. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also withdraw consent by emailing kai@meltonestates.com.

Service providers

Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify. Appointment booking is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your information may be stored in our customer relationship management system so we can follow up with you.
